Fadata is transforming the insurance industry with innovative, end-to-end core software solutions. We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and develop compelling sales and marketing assets that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
In this key role, you will translate customer and market insights into sales enablement tools, go-to-market assets, and positioning strategies that drive deals and generate pipeline. You are a storyteller, motivated by team success, and passionate about communicating our solutions' value.
You will be part of our Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and collaborating closely with colleagues in analyst relations, digital marketing, PR, and other areas.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead, develop, and create compelling sales assets including presentations, one-pagers, and pitch decks tailored to customer needs.
2. Own and execute go-to-market strategies to generate demand and accelerate deal closures in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
3. Represent the company at events and media engagements; support these activities by developing presentations, content, and messaging for internal and external audiences.
4. Collaborate with partners to create marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
5. Work closely with product and sales teams to craft messaging and campaigns.
6. Champion brand awareness and consistency across all touchpoints.
7. Manage marketing initiatives from ideation to launch, confidently navigating ambiguity.
8. Develop expertise in the insurance market, understanding its challenges to position solutions effectively.
9. Utilize competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations and stay ahead of industry trends.
10. Bring creative storytelling and innovative solutions to customer problems.
11. Leverage AI to generate and extract value.
12. Represent the customer voice through research and customer journey mapping.
What You Bring
1. 5-10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software, fintech, insurtech, or insurance.
2. Insurance knowledge is a plus.
3. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messaging.
4. Strong storytelling skills in both verbal and written communication, engaging technical and business stakeholders.
5. Understanding of GTM strategies, market segmentation, and customer needs.
6. Experience with brand management is beneficial but not mandatory.
7. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
8. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a self-starter attitude.
9. Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution capability.
10. Proficiency in English.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience in developing marketing and sales content with measurable impact.
3. Proven success in complex stakeholder environments and influencing without authority.
4. Blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
