We're looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and coordinate and drive the implementation of trade marketing plans across direct markets, with a key focus on DACH. As a seasoned Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be the bridge between our brand strategy and the consumer experience at the point of sale. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing impactful trade marketing plans across outdoor retail and e-retail channels. Working closely with retail, marketing and sales teams, you’ll help bring our brand to life in-store and online, ensuring consistent and compelling brand presence in a competitive marketplace. Please note: This is a field-based role and will require frequent travel across the DACH region and other direct markets. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate & execute Trade Marketing Plans aligned with global brand regional and global direction. Increase product sell-out and brand visibility by optimising POS materials, promotions, in-store displays, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with sales teams to tailor marketing activities for key accounts and ensure maximum ROI. Coordinate events and trade shows to promote brand engagement, generate leads, and boost awareness. Monitor and track trade marketing spend across direct markets to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with budget guidelines. Serve as local liaison with the EMEA Marketing team to ensure localization of assets and activities for DACH Education & Experience : Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred 3–5 years of trade marketing experience, ideally within the outdoor, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry. Proven track record in the German-speaking market (DACH) and familiarity with European retail environments. Experience with omni-channel strategies and digital marketing tactics. Key Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of point-of-sale marketing, in-store promotions, and merchandising. Commercial mindset with strong retail and sales affinity. Ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to shape marketing plans. Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent). Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
