We are looking for a driven sales personality who is ready to take the market by storm as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities:
* You will identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling.
* You will build relationships with stakeholders up to and including C-level executives to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
* You will pass on solid leads through your high-velocity funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls.
* You will work closely with our sales executives to ensure company goals and targets are met.
Requirements:
* Completed studies and/or experience in a fast-working environment.
* Persuasive communication skills and ability to exude trust and reliability.
* Highly committed, responsive, and target-driven to sell our SaaS solution.
* Tech-savviness and readiness to understand our CPM platform to offer customers real added value.
* Fluent communication skills in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
