Role: Growth Manager (m/f/x)
Our 50-person team serves top employers like Audible, HelloFresh & SoundCloud on a daily basis. As a Growth Manager, you will work directly with our Founder & CEO to accelerate ChefCoco’s commercial growth. You’ll execute revenue growth opportunities including inbound and outbound sales across key segments, and shape how we scale revenue—while collaborating closely with product, kitchen, and marketing teams.
Act as a key member in our Growth Team, supporting business-critical initiatives, such as researching new opportunities, managing current client relationships and identifying potential partnerships
Support marketing initiatives, working with external agencies and freelancers to optimize ad spend, improve SEO, and increase high-quality inbound leads.
2+ years of professional experience—preferably in sales, consulting, investment banking, or startup where you have had broad ownership and solved problems from first principles
~ Bachelor's degree OR Built something that displays excellence e.g. small business
~ Native-level German proficiency—you’ll be talking with major clients and new leads
~ High level of autonomy and ownership—you take initiative and see projects through to completion.
~ Willingness to get hands dirty—you’re ready to step in wherever needed.
~ B2B Food industry experience
~ High Impact: You'll play a critical role in driving growth across one of Europe’s fastest-scaling food companies—working directly with the Founder & CEO, shaping strategy, and owning revenue.
