Responsibilities:
* Development: Independently develope microcapsules formulations and microencapsulation processes.
* Analysis : Evaluate results against prescribed guidelines, standards, and internal quality criteria.
* Testing : Plan and run lab tests (e.g., chemical and mechanical properties) and document them transparently.
* Problem-solving : Identify root causes in standardized to moderately complex cases and implement pragmatic corrective actions.
* Collaboration : Work closely with Production, Application Engineering, Procurement, and Sales while continuously building process and customer knowledge.
* Knowledge sharing : Explain complex topics clearly and provide informal onboarding support to new team members.
* Commercial focus: Balance cost, quality, and time-to-market, aligning your work with business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in (Technical) Chemistry or Chemical Engineering-or equivalent experience.
* Expertise : Fundamentals of chemical processes and formulations in microencapsulation is an advantage.
* Experience : Hands-on experience and application testing (from early to solid level).
* Methods : Comfortable with lab routines incl. test planning, data evaluation,and documentation.
* Languages : Very good German (spoken and written); good English skills.
* Work style: Independent, structured, quality- and safety-conscious; team-oriented with a strong learning mindset.
