Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Remote within Germany

Your Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative in the retail sector, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and strategic development of existing and target customers in the independent retail segment. Your main focus will be on expanding current business relationships and acquiring new partners. You will analyze market potential, develop customer-oriented solutions, and implement sales strategies professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactive acquisition of new customers and further development of existing relationships at store level

2. Building and maintaining a network of strategically relevant retail partners

3. Conducting professional sales presentations

4. Preparing offers, reports, and meeting minutes in cooperation with the internal sales team

5. Overseeing customer-related matters such as invoices, products, services, and pricing

6. Planning and managing projects with the goal of securing binding customer commitments

7. Close collaboration with internal departments and international teams

8. Creating and updating strategic business plans for your sales territory

9. Responsible for quarterly sales planning and forecasting

10. Regular reporting to the sales management bi-weekly reports)

11. Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and product testing events

Your Profile

Professional Requirements:

12. At least 3 years of experience in field sales

13. Proven track record in selling capital goods within the German retail sector

14. Experience in preparing and delivering professional sales materials and presentations

15. Confident handling of annual sales planning and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications:

16. Professional background in retail

17. Existing network in the independent retail sector

18. Experience in brand placement at the point of sale

Personal Skills:

19. Strong communicator with a customer-focused and reliable approach

20. Excellent organizational and time management skills

21. Resilient and a strong team player

22. Proficient in Microsoft Office

23. Fluent in German, good English skills

24. Class B driver’s license

25. Willingness to travel extensively across Germany
