Senior Developer / Tech Lead, Full-Stack (C#, REACT) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
* As a coach and mentor, you are the guiding star of our MantineManiacs. You don’t just love SOLID—you live and breathe clean code—whether through inspiring code reviews or fine-tuning our toolchain components like SonarQube and Grafana. Your goal: A stable codebase, so secure and high-performing that everyone can sleep soundly at night
* Bureaucratic jungle? Not with you. You translate dusty laws into fluid IT processes and make our customers compliant—and happy
* You independently implement software solutions—idea → concept → development → testing → maintenance—and bring your own style to the table
* You create technical requirement analyses for migrating legacy software—perhaps soon with the help of AI—to a modern DDD architecture, all while keeping the big picture in mind
* You continuously grow and develop alongside the team
Profile
* Several years of experience in backend development with C# / .NET
* Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies, e.g., React / TypeScript
* Experience with WebAPI, MS SQL Server, and relational databases
* Ideally, experience in migrating legacy systems (e.g., VB.NET)
* Ability to analyze requirements and independently develop and implement solutions
* .NET Framework / .NET Core in the programming languages C# and VB.NET
* ASP.NET Core
* MS SQL Server
* DevOps experience, e.g., in Docker, Linux administration: Ubuntu, GitLab CI/CD
