Required Skills & Qualifications
* Educational Background: A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
* Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication & Interpersonal Competence: Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
