This is more than a job — it’s a mission to: • Shape and lead a global function from the ground up. • Influence how we do business worldwide with our most strategic customers. • Drive over €200M in growth from Key Accounts by 2030, making a direct impact on our €2B growth plan • Be instrumental in Kardex´s global success story Your tasks Build and lead a new Global Key Account Management Intralogistics function, setting global standards and governance for Mlog, Remstar and Autostore Manage directly some of our important Global Key Accounts, acting as a global ambassador for Kardex Group Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from our most strategic customers Lead and inspire a high-performing, international team of Segment Experts to support business development in our organic markets Partner with regional teams to design and deploy go-to-market strategies that drive measurable top-line growth Establish long-term partnerships with global key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth on a global level Your profile Proven track record in Global Key Account Management, ideally in B2B industrial sectors Strong experience in building high-performing teams and functions across multiple regions Hands-on sales experience and drive, with ability to manage Global Key Accounts directly within Intralogistics Exceptional strategic acumen, with the ability to translate vision into results Skilled in performance management, change leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration Excellent communicator in English and relationship-builder at senior levels, German language skills are a plus European based with flexibility for extensive international travel Intralogistics Warehousing automation robotics Leadership responsability: Performance Management – driving accountability and results through feedback and coaching Intent-Based Leadership – empowering teams to fully engage and deliver their best Cultural Diversity – building strong, collaborative, and diverse global teams Strategic Agility & Vision – anticipating trends and aligning business priorities Innovative Thinking – fostering fresh ideas and continuous improvement.
