Country Commercial Lead – DACH (Medical Aesthetics)

We’re looking for a hands-on Country Commercial Lead to drive sales and marketing execution across the DACH region for a premium medical aesthetics injectables portfolio. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, lead teams, and directly influence business growth.
The Opportunity
You will lead the commercial agenda across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland-translating regional strategy into local execution while accelerating revenue growth and strengthening market presence.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Define and execute growth strategy across the DACH region
* Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies
* Adapt global direction to local market dynamics
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
* Own full regional P&L and revenue targets
* Drive sustainable growth and profitability
* Build and manage forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
* Optimize sales models (direct and/or distributor)
* Strengthen key account relationships across clinics and aesthetic practitioners
* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term value
* Build strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and key opinion leaders
* Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
👤 What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years’ experience in medical aesthetics, injectables/fillers, or medical devices
* Strong track record of driving growth in the DACH region
* Proven leadership experience with P&L ownership
* Deep understanding of the aesthetics customer landscape
