Director IT Cybersecurity (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new Director in our Information Technology department (FIIO) at our location in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

What you can look forward to as Director IT Cybersecurity (m/f/d):
1. Steer the long-term IT Security strategy and operating model, ensuring global resilience, cloud and digital readiness, and executive-level transparency on security risks.
2. Define, implement, and continuously improve global IT Security governance standards and processes based on a risk-based security framework to protect against cyberattacks.
3. Develop and mature cyber defense capabilities, including SOC, CDR, threat intelligence, and detection & response functions.
4. Lead global Cyber Incident Management and ensure effective IT Service Continuity and cyber resilience across the organization.
5. Lead the global IT Security unit, ensuring effective Security & Continuity Management while managing budget, staffing, skill development, and organizational maturity.
6. Advise business leaders and ensure security by design across digitalization initiatives and OT environments.
7. Collaborate closely with IAM, Infrastructure, Workplace, Applications, Corporate Security, Audit, and Business Resilience teams.
8. Own and drive the IT Security Improvement Roadmap, translating strategy into programs, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Your profile as Director IT Cybersecurity (m/f/d):
9. Strategic leadership and ability to define long term IT Security direction
10. Strong governance, risk management and process management expertise
11. Deep knowledge of cyber defense (SOC, CDR, IR, threat intelligence)
12. Proven experience in global IT Security operations and continuity management
13. Business experience in Generative AI
14. Excellent stakeholder management and cross domain collaboration skills
15. Capability building, organizational development and talent leadership
16. Strong communication skills for executive level alignment and decision support with fluent English language skills and good German language skills
