Seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Endpoint Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, ensuring seamless operation of our M365 suite.
In this role, you will act as Level 2 support on complex incidents and provide Level 1 support in case of overflow. You will also be responsible for daily reporting activities to our IT Support Coordinator and supporting resolution of any kind of support request.
To succeed in this position, you must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT and a minimum of 2 years of experience with proven skills in supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints. You must also be familiar with PowerShell scripting for performing various support and administrative tasks.
