We are expanding across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies and seek a Medical Science Liaison to strengthen relationships with key medical experts in Southern Germany and Austria. Responsibilities In close collaboration with the Head of Medical Affairs for DACH, you will: Build and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs. Lead scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, sharing relevant literature and increasing product awareness. Gather medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics. Develop and deliver comprehensive product education and medical‑scientific information. Support Key Account Managers in identifying and engaging influential experts, and support clinical trials while ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science in the aesthetics or dermatology field. Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs. Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field‑based role, collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations. Strong knowledge of clinical development processes. Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills. Other Information This is a field‑based role requiring a willingness to travel nationally up to 75% of the time, including participation in international Medical Affairs meetings, congresses, and team gatherings.
