Your tasks:
* Content Migration from Collaboration Tool to Microsoft SharePoint:
o Execution of content migration from an existing collaboration tool to Microsoft SharePoint. This includes inventory assessment, exporting and importing content, as well as organizing and structuring data within SharePoint
* Coordination with Departments Regarding Process Migration:
o Close collaboration with departments to capture and document their requirements and expectations
o Regular meetings and small workshops are conducted to communicate progress and identify and resolve potential issues at an early stage
* Developing Workflows:
o Analysis and optimization of existing processes, as well as the creation and implementation of workflows in SharePoint
* Creating Documentation:
o Development of comprehensive documentation to facilitate the transition for users and ensure effective utilization of the new system
* User Support for Questions and Issues:
o Providing assistance to users during and after the migration. This may include conducting training sessions and regular Q&A meetings to answer questions and resolve issues.
