Your tasks
10. Conducting comprehensive error analyses when scanning AIT systems and identifying vulnerabilities.
11. Testing and labeling of materials at the Munich site in accordance with quality specifications
12. Immediate action to correct deviations
13. Ensuring material traceability throughout the entire product lifecycle
14. Support for cross-site process optimization in AIT applications
15. Consulting in the areas of quality management and manufacturing as an internal contact person for AIT
16. Documentation, distribution and archiving of quality records in the CAQ system (BabtecQ)
17. Preparation of meaningful error reports and initiation of supplier complaints
18. Active participation in and implementation of the AIT introduction in the areas of goods receipt, goods issue, manufacturing and shipping.
19. Ensuring correct AIT markings through targeted rework
Your profile
20. Completed vocational training as a skilled worker (e.g. CNC milling machine operator or similar in the metal sector) with additional training as a master craftsman or technician.
21. Further training as a quality management specialist is advantageous.
22. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 and the CAQ system (BabtecQ)
23. Accurate interpretation of technical drawings and parts lists
24. Independent work style, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
25. Technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
26. Willingness to travel is necessary (work location from 2027 onwards in Siegenburg)
