🌟 Your Role
As a (Senior) Manager in our FAAS team, you will support leading national and international clients with:
* CFO-level projects and accounting transformations
* Carve-outs, IPO readiness, and M&A-related financial reporting
* Complex IFRS / HGB / US-GAAP accounting questions
* Financial process optimisation, controlling and consolidation topics
* Managing stakeholder expectations and leading project teams in a consulting environment

✔️ Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with approx. 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally coming from:
🔹 Big 4 or Tier-2 Advisory
FAAS, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Accounting, Deal Advisory, CMAAS.
🔹 Industry roles
Group Accounting, Financial Controlling, Finance Transformation, or M&A accounting in DAX/MDAX companies.
Technical Strengths
* Strong IFRS / HGB knowledge (US-GAAP a plus)
* Experience in transaction accounting or financial reporting advisory
* Progress towards, or interest in, CFA / ACCA / WP
* Excellent communication skills in German (C1+)
* Consulting mindset and ability to manage clients effectively
