In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of the supply chain team for the Oxygen business located in Lubeck Germany. As ourSeniorSupply Chain Manager,you’llbe the go-to leader for solving problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring suppliers deliver on time.This role is about more than managing processes—it’saboutjumping in when issues arise, driving solutions, and keeping production moving. Join our team! What you will do Drive performance of the supply chain to meet or exceed quality,deliveryand costtargets. Manage productivity and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support business SIOP by analyzing data toidentifytrends,risksand impact to the organization. Reducing the risk through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Managing and leading a team to support supply chain activitiessupporting theOxygenValue Stream Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks andaddressingissues related to supplier on-time delivery Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement/MRP strategy, including RFPs, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, inventory management.
