Job Opportunity: Governance Services Specialist
The role of the Governance Services Specialist is to oversee all aspects of company law and fund regulation for a portfolio of clients. This includes organizing board meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions.
A key responsibility of this role is reviewing fund documentation with a critical eye. The specialist must also work autonomously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining corporate files for their client base. Regular liaison with regulatory bodies such as the CSSF, notaries, lawyers, and banks is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate in business administration, economics, law, or finance with 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate governance. A good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry actors, laws, and regulations is crucial. Proficiency in English is required, with any additional languages considered an asset.
