Als Client Finance Controller (w/m/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle beim Aufbau unseres Agentur-Controllings. Du arbeitest eng mit der CFO und den Client Service Teams zusammen, um unsere Daten-Transparenz, die Strukturen in den Finance-Abläufen und damit die Planungssicherheit sowie die Rentabilität zu verbessern. Du verstehst dich dabei als Teil des übergeordneten Finance-Teams, in der Schnittstelle zur WPP Shared Finance (Billing, Accounting, Controlling/Reporting). Dein Fokus liegt auf Client- und Project Finance, während du in weiten Teilen die FP&A-Aufgaben unterstützt. Ab sofort suchen wir engagierte Verstärkung am Standort Hamburg. Deine Rolle bei Hogarth Client/Project Finance: Finanzielle Projekt- und Kundensteuerung: Überwachung der Projektleistung gegen Budgets, Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen, korrekte Umsatzrealisierung und -abgrenzung sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung kundenbezogener Geschäftsvorfälle. Rentabilitätsoptimierung: Ermittlung der Kundenprofitabilität und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Rentabilitätsverbesserung. Compliance & Reporting: Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Rechnungslegungsstandards, Erstellung kundenindividueller Reports und Zusammenarbeit mit internen/externen Finanzteams für Monatsabschlüsse und Audits. Finanzplanung & Analyse: Budgetierung & Forecasting:Koordination des jährlichen Budgetprozesses und quartalsweiser Forecasts, insbesondere für Kundenumsätze und Personalkosten. Performance-Analyse & Reporting:Aufbau von Prognosemodellen, Analyse von Monatsabschlüssen zur Identifizierung von Trends und Potenzialen, sowie Entwicklung eines Management-Informationssystems für die Agenturführung. Strategische Unterstützung:Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Initiativen und Investitionsentscheidungen. Commercial Finance: Kommerzielle Vertragsgestaltung (perspektivisch):Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung von kommerziellen Bedingungen, insbesondere Ratecards, bei Neu- und Bestandskunden. Effizienzsteigerung:Beratung der Client Service Teams zur Optimierung der Ressourcenallokation und Effizienz. Was wir uns wünschen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Controller, Client Finance oder einer ähnlichen Position Erfahrung in der Agenturbranche oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld (z.B.
