As a (Senior) IT System Administrator (m/f/d) for Server & Cloud in Second Level Support, you will play a key role in the further development and support of our IT infrastructure. You will be the point of contact for complex IT issues, ensure secure systems and use your expertise to contribute to the stability and future viability of our family business.
IT support & troubleshooting: You will provide second-level support for faults and questions regarding our server, cloud and network infrastructure - in a competent, solution- and service-oriented manner.
You look after our Windows server landscape including Active Directory, Exchange Online and Microsoft 365. You work with modern cloud services, optimize existing structures and support the secure, efficient use of Microsoft 365.
IT security: you implement security guidelines, support the further development of the IT security strategy and keep our systems up to date.
Documentation & Communication: You document your work in a structured manner in the ticket system, actively communicate with colleagues and external service providers and convey IT topics clearly.
Project work & further development: You contribute your knowledge to ongoing and new IT projects, think along with others and drive innovation within the system landscape.
You have completed training or a degree in IT and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
Initial experience in IT security is also desirable.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English for communication by email or telephone with international colleagues and external service providers (at least B2 level).
