To commence on 1 May 2027. We are offering two fixed-term full-time positions until 31 October 2027. The salary ranges from €4,759.37 to €6,764.69, depending on professional experience. Your tasks:
* Establish your research with your individual project on “Migration, Diaspora, Citizenship”
* Collaborate with international experts in the fiel
* Actively engage in COFUND activities such as interdisciplinary exchanges and networking opportunities
* Co-organise events
* Publish your results and communicate your knowledge to the public
* Participate in the MDC Training Programme (e. g., colloquium; lecture series; workshops; courses on citizen science, management, ‘idea mining,’ among others)
Our expectations:
* A completed PhD in one of COFUND’s research areas is required (i.e., in the social sciences or the humanities).
* The successful candidate must comply with the MSCA Mobility Rule (beneficiaries may not have lived or worked in the host institution’s country for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to the submission deadline).
* Good command of written and spoken English is necessary.
* Additional eligibility criteria for senior fellows also require
o More than six years of research experience after PhD
o Publication of one monograph or three major articles and three further publications before applying for the fellowship
o Extensive project experience in the field
o Multiple active memberships in national and international networks
o At least one further distinction and/or intersectoral experience
