We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Tech Business Developer Manager to support our expansion in Germany. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) and Program Management (how to scale). You will also be the main point of contact for property owners and manager, from the onboarding phase through the entire lifecycle. You will support them during the onboarding phase, training them on how to setup and use the product. You get to ensure every customer has an easy, enjoyable experience and finds value in our products and services to the extent they feel compelled to grow with our business. Your goals will be around customer satisfaction, minimize customer churn and generate upsell opportunity. Key job responsibilities Leveraging your network to promote Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners and housing associations Collecting market and customersu2019 insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers Building strategic relationships with the top real estate management companies, effectively leading Amazon Key expansion. Building and qualifying a lead pipeline and conducting compelling product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects Working hand-in-hand with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Install Operations and Customer Support Measuring performance, articulating root-cause analysis, and linking to specific improvement areas Speaking and writing in proficient German to customers as needed A day in the life A successful candidate demonstrates exceptional business development capabilities with a proven history of surpassing goals and revenue targets.
