Our Treasury unit lies at the heart of this vision – it is the core value-generating entity, ensuring financial efficiency and regulatory compliance in the management of our reserve and own funds. About the Role As Treasury Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational management of AllUnity’s reserve and own funds. You will be responsible for implementing a robust treasury framework that ensures regulatory compliance (especially MiCAR), optimizes investment returns, secures liquidity, and provides transparent reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a mission-critical function in a high-growth, regulated FinTech environment. Tasks Key Responsibilities Reserve Fund Management: Design and execute investment strategies aligned with MiCAR regulations Optimize interest income and capital gains on reserve assets Monitor reserve funds, cash balances, and investment limits on a daily basis Manage relationships and negotiate terms with reserve banks Collaborate closely with Risk Management in case of limit breaches Own Fund Management: Develop and manage the investment strategy for own funds Ensure efficient allocation and control of own fund investments Liquidity Management: Create and maintain a forward-looking liquidity management strategy Manage daily liquidity flows based on transactional demand Coordinate redemption payouts and liquidity provision Monitor capital flows and key liquidity metrics on a daily basis Onboard and manage relationships with transaction banks Reporting: Consolidate and report net interest and investment income Provide daily updates on liquidity positions, reserve assets, and EMTs outstanding Deliver forecasting models for liquidity, EMTs, interest income, etc. Ensure close alignment with Regulatory Reporting to meet reporting obligations Requirements 3-5 years of proven experience in a treasury or financial risk management function, fintech, digital asset, or crypto industry, ideally in a regulated financial institution or FinTech Strong knowledge of liquidity management, investment strategies, and reserve fund operations Deep understanding of MiCAR or comparable regulatory frameworks Experience with forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities Fluency in English and German Benefits Why You Should Apply Be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of regulated digital finance in Europe Work cross-functionally with industry leaders and ecosystem partners in a fast-paced, supportive team.
