At our Mukran site (Rügen, Germany), we are currently looking for a
Site Coordinator (m/f/d) OWF Windanker
for the project period from February 2026 to December 2026.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Coordinating technician, welding, and painting teams and ensuring smooth execution of work campaigns
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable internal HSE regulations as well as customer requirements
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal interfaces
* Planning and coordinating personnel deployment, shifts, rotations, and the use of materials, tools, and equipment
* Creating deployment, maintenance, and shift schedules, reports, and risk assessments (RAMS)
* Supervising coating works, coordinating customs and transfer processes, and managing warehouse and tool logistics
We look forward to receiving your application if your profile meets most of the following criteria:
* Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable technical background
* Solid hands-on experience in personnel coordination
* Strong technical understanding and a hands-on mentality
* Very good German and English language skills
* Valid Class B driving license
* Strong teamwork and communication skills with a confident manner
* Structured, methodical, and solution-oriented working style
Additional Information
* Working hours: 10 hours per day
* Work model: Shift system with 14 days on duty followed by 14 days off
* Accommodation: Provided by us during on-duty periods
