Your Mission
1. Execute strategic leadership: You develop and implement the Data Intelligence and AI roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives, and steer initiatives that unlock measurable business value through Data and AI.
2. Engage with stakeholders: You collaborate closely with business units, IT, and management, and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
3. Build and mentor a team: You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team, including coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
4. Drive initiatives and explore innovation: You identify and evaluate new use cases, prioritize and execute projects across GenAI, RAG, Predictive Analytics, and systematically advance innovation within the organization.
5. Ensure governance and compliance: You establish and maintain standards for data quality, data protection, and responsible AI usage, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
6. Plan budget & resources: You oversee budgets, tools, and resource planning, ensuring that capabilities and capacities are aligned with strategic goals.
Your Talents
7. Completed degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics or a comparable field, or similar educational level
8. Several years of experience in successfully implementing Data and AI/ML initiatives from concept to production and continuous optimization
9. Deep understanding of Data Engineering, AI/ML, Azure stack (Databricks, ML Studio, DevOps)
10. Experienced leader skilled at aligning diverse teams and building strong stakeholder partnerships
11. Ability to translate data-driven decisions and AI initiatives into measurable business success
12. Experience with enterprise architectures and data governance frameworks
13. Knowledge of GenAI strategies and their scaling
14. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and German
