Accounting Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join our client's family office in Luxembourg. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of structures, primarily Holdings and SPVs, and working closely with key stakeholders in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements as required.
* Oversee the preparation and thorough review of VAT and tax returns for your portfolio, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Maintain consistent and proactive communication with external service providers such as auditors, banks, and administrators.
* Guarantee the preparation and submission of annual accounts within established deadlines to avoid any financial penalties or regulatory issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg.
* Fluency in English and a professional working level of French are mandatory.
* Able to independently manage the full accounting cycle of your portfolio.
* Previous experience with SPVs and Holdings is required.
