KOL Manager EMEA (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the EMEA KOL strategy: Identify, recruit, and manage key opinion leaders, clinical experts, and influential practitioners to strengthen the company’s educational and marketing impact in the region
* Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across the region in close alignment with local marketing teams
* Coordinate clinical education and advocacy programs: Plan and manage KOL-led webinars, workshops, speaking engagements, training sessions, and clinical demonstration events across EMEA
* Drive clinical content creation: Collaborate with KOLs to produce high-quality case studies, clinical videos, whitepapers, and scientific presentations that highlight the value of dental 3D printing applications
* Support product launches with expert voices: Engage KOLs in launch campaigns, pilot programs, and feedback cycles to refine messaging and ensure strong clinical validation
* Manage KOL contracts and performance: Oversee agreements, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs for all KOL collaborations to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and clinical objectives
* Ensure alignment: Work closely with the global and regional marketing, sales, clinical, and training teams to integrate KOL activities into broader go-to-market strategies
* Expand and maintain a structured KOL database: Track relationships, activities, performance metrics, and expertise areas to optimize resource allocation and program scalability
* Monitor market trends and emerging experts: Identify rising clinicians, new clinical workflows, and innovation opportunities within the dental and 3D printing landscape
* Ensure compliance and quality standards: Manage all KOL interactions and content in accordance with regulatory, medical, and internal communication guidelines
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field
* 3–5+ years of experience in KOL management, clinical marketing, medical/dental education, or a similar role within the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of the dental market; experience in digital dentistry or 3D printing is a significant advantage
* Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clinicians, academic partners, and industry experts
* Experience managing events, clinical trainings, and speaker programs across multiple countries
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clinical audiences and translate complex topics into clear messaging
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and regional priorities
* Familiarity with compliance requirements in medical/dental communications and KOL programs
* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical, training, and product teams
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
* Hands-on mentality, team player, independent and solution-oriented working style
* Fluent English required; additional EMEA languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
* Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across the EMEA region
