Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Providing operational steering of our strategic, international IT service providers in the context of cloud-services (public & private clouds)
* Monitoring and ensuring the quality of services delivered by providers, including service performance and security aspects
* Implementing projects with our IT service providers in the cloud
* Providing service level reporting and service level development of our service level agreements (SLAs)
* Advising our internal clients and business teams on topics related to our outsourced services
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT or business administration
* Interest in working in an international environment
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
* Good technical understanding and interest in business topics
* Basic understanding of public & private Cloud (such as Azure)
* IT service management/ITIL knowledge
* Experience in using IT service management tools
* Experience in using agile working methods
