In collaboration with STRABAG's design and execution teams, our Generative Design unit develops cutting-edge digital tools to enhance and optimize design and construction processes. By transforming planning expertise into algorithms, we translate complex workflows into software solutions. We are looking for creative minds to push the boundaries of computational design and drive digital transformation in construction. Development & Implementation: Design and implement computational design processes, pipelines, and tools to optimize construction workflows.Develop software prototypes, test them in real-world projects, and scale them across the organization. Create prototypes to explore and validate computational design methods. Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of computational design, integrating generative AI methods and automation to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions, clearly communicate ideas in meetings and presentations, and contribute to expanding the Generative Design team. Strong background in computational design, geometric modeling, and algorithmic thinking.
