About the role:
As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our data strategies and unlocking insights that drive impactful decisions across the organization. Leading complex analytical initiatives, you’ll work closely with a team of data professionals, ensuring data solutions align with business goals. Job Description
About your tasks:
* Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and Databricks to address company-wide analytical needs.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
* Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
* Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team.
Qualifications
About you:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, with a strong record of leading analytics projects.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, including building scalable and efficient semantic models and hands on experience with Databricks.
* Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, combined with strong statistical and numerical analysis capabilities.
* Effective communicator and natural leader, passionate about mentoring others and translating complex data insights into strategic business impact across teams.
