Your tasks
7. Assuming technical responsibility for complex sub- and complete systems in the defense sector
8. Development of innovative concepts for complete systems and their specific assemblies
9. Development and monitoring of detailed schedules as well as definition of work packages in coordination with the project management.
10. Development of functional specifications to ensure the highest system requirements are met.
11. Providing technical and logistical support as well as assistance with budget, time and quality reports.
12. Interdisciplinary coordination with interfaces such as development, purchasing, logistics and manufacturing
13. Leading technical coordination and conducting reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
14. Active participation in requirements management, change management, verification and validation.
15. Control of commissioning and test series to ensure operational readiness
16. Supporting project management in risk identification and claim management
17. Consistent implementation of all development work in accordance with applicable process standards and manuals.
Your profile
18. Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or aerospace engineering
19. Relevant professional experience in vehicle systems development or within the defense industry
20. Solid knowledge of project management and confident use of systems engineering tools such as DOORS
21. Proficient use of MS Office and planning tools such as Tool2Plan
22. Fluent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
23. Excellent communication skills combined with a strong team orientation

25. Ability to address complex issues in a structured and independent manner
