Your tasks
1. Management, establishment and further development of the global Custom Products and Smart Cameras division.
2. Further development and implementation of the strategy for Smart Cameras and Custom Products.
3. Realisation of the ambitious business targets with Business Development and Sales.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with important customers and partners worldwide.
5. Realisation of customer projects in close cooperation with R&D, Operations & Sales.
6. Creating and monitoring convincing business cases.
7. Defining the product and sales strategy for smart cameras.
8. Analysing and evaluating market trends.
9. Close cooperation within the TKH 2D Vision Group to realise comprehensive solutions for customers.
Your profile
10. Completed technical/university studies (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) or comparable training with a technical or business management focus.
11. Professional experience in product management for electronic or complex products (ideally in the field of machine vision) and/or technical sales.
12. Good technical understanding of hardware and software, ideally experience in the B2B solutions business.
13. Leadership experience in a team management function.
14. Methodological competence in project management, requirements management, product calculations and business case calculations.
15. Very good communication skills in German and English as well as confident handling of MS Office.
16. Analytical, solution-orientated way of thinking and hands-on mentality.
