Software Developer (m/f/d)
Embedded Systems (C++, Linux)
YOUR NEW JOB:
* Development of innovative embedded systems for our construction machines in the connectivity (M2X), digitalization (IoT) and precision roadbuilding environment
* Development of software architectures and creation of system specifications
* Specification and integration of future-oriented embedded Linux systems as well as further development and maintenance of existing systems
* Support in the selection and development of embedded components
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
* Degree in computer science, computer engineering or comparable qualification
* Project experience in the field of hardware-related software development in the environment of embedded Linux systems and backend systems
* Sound knowledge of object-oriented software development [C++, Java, #C, ...], SQL databases
* [PostgreSQL, ...] and Python
* Experienced with interfaces and data formats [MQTT, REST, JSON, XML, ...]
* Knowledge of IP-based networks, wireless communication (Bluetooth, WLAN) and CAN bus systems
* Experience in dealing with software development tools and processes, knowledge of build systems such as Yocto
* Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, analytical thinking and engineering mindset
* High willingness to learn, creativity and enjoy innovative solutions
* Good written and spoken English skills
