Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business growth and attract top talent.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a total rewards program that aligns with our company's vision and goals. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that our compensation packages remain competitive and in line with market expectations.
You will also be responsible for managing our ESOP program, which involves designing and implementing equity-based compensation plans that motivate and reward our employees.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 4 years of experience in a rewards role within a growing organization
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation strategies
* Experience managing compensation cycles and designing variable remuneration plans
* Strong understanding of remuneration regulatory environment and compliance requirements
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
