CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
Join our Harmonization and Digitalization of Product Documentation project, a strategic initiative to modernize client contracts, annexes, and operational memos for Institutional Investors (Asset Owners & Managers).
As an intern, you'll contribute to:
Standardizing legal & commercial documents (contracts, SLAs, POAs).
Mapping document dependencies and improving digital workflows.
Testing AI-driven tools for automation and compliance checks.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Tech, and Sales).
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial documentation, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance in a leading global bank.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
Your key responsibilities will include:
Document Analysis - Review existing contracts/annexes to identify inconsistencies and propose standardizations.
Process Mapping - Help design a logical hierarchy for documents (e.g., master agreements
↔
annexes).
Digital Tool Testing - Assist in evaluating/piloting AI or automation solutions
Stakeholder Support - Prepare meetings materials or minutes
Project Coordination - Contribute to governance frameworks

Professional experience and/or degree
Currently enrolled in a
Master's program
(Law or Business)
Basic knowledge of
financial products, legal documentation, or digital tools
(e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Language skills
C1 in English
