AML Compliance Specialist
* We are seeking a skilled AML Compliance Specialist to join our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new business relationships through effective due diligence and risk assessment.
* Handle daily requests from clients, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, providing transparent and reliable information.
* Conduct thorough anti-money laundering name checks, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
* Apply internal procedures and policies, upholding regulatory compliance standards.
* Regularly review and update Know Your Customer (KYC) files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Verify collected data, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
* Prepare client acceptance committee meetings, facilitating informed decision-making.

Your Profile
* You hold a degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in compliance or a related field.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in an AML-related position, ideally within a fiduciary or law firm.
* You possess proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
* You demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, maintaining impeccable presentation and professionalism.
* You are responsible, organized, rigorous, and meticulous in your work, with a strong attention to detail.
* You show initiative and work autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
