Key Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for technical communication with the customer's technical team.
* Lead and participate in the system architecture design in the RFI/RFQ phase s.
* Evaluate the customer's technical requirements and customer compliance matrix .
* Lead and be responsible for technical negotiations with the customer .
* Pay attention to and study the technical iteration of the EE system architecture of the power battery .
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
* Degree in electrical, communication, microelectronics, embedded or other science and engineering related fields.
* More than one year working experience in Li-ion power battery industry or other ECU development experience.
* Familiar with the development, design and manufacturing technology of lithium ion power battery, and the current situation of lithium battery technology，and have a deep understanding of the development trend.
* Knowledge of traction battery electrical system or BMS control system and diagnostic system.
* Familiar with CANoe, MS Office.
* Strong self-learning ability and work drive.
* Strong communication skills, English can be used as working language.
