Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Crafts & Small Workshops
Your responsibilities
1. you conduct continuous market monitoring and prepare market studies
2. you identify application requirements from the market and branches and evaluate them with regard to the establishment or expansion of business fields
3. you develop sector-specific business models, identify new business fields and further develop existing business fields
4. you search for and evaluate emerging markets; you identify potential customers and business segments
5. you establish and/or expand segment marketing
6. you define industry and sector key figures and ensure implementation
7. you introduce or further develop standardized sales controlling and, if necessary, you adapt or develop strategies to increase sales successes
8. in cooperation with product managers and sales units, you develop requirement profiles for possible product developments and you accompany the product development process
9. you establish and expand business relationships with key customers
Your qualifications
10. Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration or similar
11. Extended professional experience in business development, technical customer support or strategic market development necessary in crafts and small workshops
12. fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German language skills are desirable
13. skills in other languages are welcome
14. you have a passion for technology
15. you are well-organized, result-oriented, customer-focused and you have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
16. an established network of contacts within the industry is desirable
