Payroll and Administration SpecialistFor our Client a well established Company we are looking for an experienced Payroll and Administration Specialist in RastattJob responsibilities:Timely preparation of payroll accounting for employees in Germany and abroad with the help of payroll service provider.Timely fulfilment of all reporting obligations.Providing account-relevant data of monthly payroll for Finance department.Setting up and maintaining the employee database.Administration of new employees and registration of arrivals and departures in the payroll and operating systems.Administration of personnel files in digital and paper form.Contact person for health insurance companies, social security institutions and professional associations.Monitoring compliance with statutory and collective agreement deadlines and rules.Identifying opportunities for automation of payroll accounting processes.Preparing documents for employees.Preparing evaluations for the finance and HR departmentSupporting financial accounting with questions regarding remuneration payments.Assisting employees with questions regarding payroll accounting.General administrative HR tasks.Profile of the person:Education in the field of human resources or several years of work experience.Knowledge of payroll/salary accounting and all processes around HR administration. Experience in a similar function.Experience in payroll/salary accounting and managing HR administration processes.Experience in an international operating company is required.German fluent.Advanced English skills required.
