Job Description
As part of the Compliance team, the Mid-Level Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring adherence to Luxembourg and EU regulatory requirements. The position offers broad exposure to compliance matters and close interaction with internal stakeholders.
Main responsibilities include:
* Managing AML/CFT, KYC and client due diligence processes (onboarding, periodic and event-driven reviews)
* Reviewing and validating client files in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
* Monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to compliance reporting
* Acting as a point of contact for internal teams (front office, legal, risk, operations)
* Participating in internal and external audits and supporting regulatory interactions when required
* Contributing to the enhancement and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Candidate Profile
* Approximately 5 years of experience in Compliance, ideally within a bank, financial institution or PSF
* Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC and Luxembourg regulatory framework
* Ability to work independently while being fully integrated within a team
* Fluent in English; French is considered an asset
* Detail-oriented, pragmatic and reliable, with a sound understanding of business realities
