Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or people related roles. Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to support regional operations. Preferred qualifications: Experience leading initiatives in operational projects. Experience in the implementation and rollout of HR and people programs. Experience with HR digitalization and modernizing people-related processes. Knowledge of the people operations (POps) ecosystem, including Google’s specific HR tools and internal processes. Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across multiple business areas. Ability to navigate and deliver results within ambiguous environments.
