Senior Technology Leadership Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Technology Leader to drive the success of our global application teams in Germany and Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Leading and developing five high-performing teams in Germany and Chicago (total of 20 people), ensuring technical excellence and collaboration.
* Innovation & Application Development: Overseeing the design, testing, and optimization of application-based solutions that address customer needs and market trends, including model systems and AI.
* Operational Excellence: Driving efficiency and best practices in application labs, ensuring strong project execution and resource allocation.
* Strategic Leadership: Defining and executing the application strategy to drive innovation and customer engagement in target market segments.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Aligning with Product and process Development, Strategic Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
* Strong technical skills, including programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
