I am seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Düsseldorf. This is a flagship project offering the opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile build from construction through to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site construction activities for a major residential development
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
* Implement and maintain strict health & safety compliance in line with German regulations
* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large residential or mixed-use projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and German building regulations
* Fluent in German (required) and good working knowledge of English
