The business areas are ATL and BTL with a focus on advertising, media planning and buying, digital media, event, interior design, exhibition and retail planning and sponsorship / sports marketing.
&##Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Assists payroll process with all local, state and federal regulations.
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Maintain HR systems and processes.
Provide support and guidance about HR topics.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering personal data.
