Senior Marketing Manager Campaign Child Safety (m/f/d)

Own the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns with a strong digital-first focus for CYBEX Child Safety/Child Seats – from go-to-market strategy and campaign briefings to cross-channel storytelling and international roll-out
Lead the concept and execution of end-to-end product launches and tactical campaigns across the full marketing funnel – with the goal of driving both brand impact and commercial performance
Translate brand and product strategies into compelling campaign concepts – including the definition of messaging, content ecosystems, channel strategies, and relevant KPIs
Act as the central marketing interface for cross-functional go-to-market processes between Product Management, Digital, Retail, Regional Teams, and agency partners
Analyze campaign and performance data in collaboration with Analytics teams, deriving actionable insights to continuously optimize content and messaging
Ensure all campaign assets and content deliverables are fully aligned with CYBEX brand guidelines, maintaining consistent and high-quality communication across all channels
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within a digital-first or omnichannel environment
Experience managing global campaigns with local market adaptations and collaborating with international and regional marketing teams
Strong understanding of modern digital marketing ecosystems, including content marketing, social media, performance marketing, and campaign analytics
Experience leading product launches or tactical campaigns, preferably within consumer goods, lifestyle, automotive, or related industries
Strong capabilities in content development and storytelling, including experience creating launch frameworks and briefing creative teams, production partners, and content creators
Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems such as CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as CMS and digital asset management systems
Initial experience in media strategy, planning, and buying, ideally in collaboration with agencies or internal performance marketing teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive initiatives within a matrix organization
Highly structured and execution-oriented, with strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a plus
