Your tasks
9. They act as the central point of contact for our European customers (end users and contracting authorities) regarding contractual deliverables in the area of support & services.
10. They support the sales and program directors in all contract-related matters.
11. They ensure the achievement of the financial obligations of the contract (in particular sales, margin, WOC and cash targets).
12. They act as profit and loss holders, assessing and managing risks and opportunities within the contract terms.
13. They develop a long-term and trusting partnership with customers in order to sustainably promote and expand the business.
Your profile
14. Completed Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
15. At least 4 years of solid professional experience in finance, customer service, contract management or sales.
16. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage.
17. Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment.
18. Independent, creative problem-solving skills and a high degree of adaptability.
19. Open-minded and task-oriented work style.
20. Experience in the Airbus environment or the general aviation industry is desirable.
