Travel requirements depend on client needs and project phases, not on proximity to a specific office location. As a Consultant: You will support projects at well-known insurance companies or banks, following an onboarding phase tailored to your needs You will be responsible for the design, detailed analysis, and implementation of customized solutions for our clients You will quickly take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in AI, platform or transformation projects You will contribute to Synpulse’s development through exciting internal projects on a global level and can participate in recruiting to help shape the heart of Synpulse As a Senior Consultant: You will advise our clients, handling both strategic and operational tasks You will develop technical concepts and implementation plans You will be delivering expert content in your domain of expertise within projects You will lead project teams Requirements About you: You have a master's or PhD degree - or will complete it in the near future - with an excellent final grade You have a combined understanding of business and technology As a Consultant, you have ideally gained practical experience in an insurance company, a bank, or in a consultancy firm As a Senior Consultant, you have several years of professional experience in an insurance company, a bank, or in a consultancy firm You have strong communication skills in both English and German You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and are willing to travel
