Role Purpose
My client is searching for a Scheduler who is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring detailed project schedules for a large-scale data centre project in Berlin. This role ensures project milestones are achieved on time by coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and management, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, update, and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
* Coordinate scheduling with internal project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
* Prepare resource and capacity plans to balance workload and project milestones.
* Provide regular reporting and progress updates to project management.
* Support risk management by proactively identifying scheduling challenges.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines through planning, prefabrication, and execution phases.
* Act as the point of contact for all schedule-related matters on-site in Berlin.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of proven experience in time scheduling within large infrastructure, power plant, or plant engineering projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of Primavera (P6) and MS Project.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-phase schedules in large industrial or engineering environments.
* Solid understanding of project planning, control, and monitoring methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate across interdisciplinary teams.
* Fluency in German (mandatory) and good command of English for internal team communication.
* Availability for on-site presence in Berlin; remote for 2025 but will shift more to on-site
