What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate to support the Vantage and Consulting Teams in the Vantage Team of the Technology & Digital Practice Area to elaborate first class solutions for our clients. You will learn how we approach problems of our clients in order to help them perform better than before. The role provides the chance to gain experience in the understanding on a variety of topics regarding digital, technology, and (Gen)AI. In this role you will work closely with the two global Vantage Teams specialized on Digital/GenAI and IT strategy/transformation topics:
* Supporting our analyst and consulting teams with research tasks (e.g., on Digital/GenAI use cases)
* Conduct analyses e.g., with regards client assessment results
* Maintaining BCG internal benchmark databases
* Content management and updating/improving our key knowledge materials
* Support internal projects
*You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.*
What You'll Bring
* You are an enrolled student in a German university
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Very solid research and analytical skills
* Foundational skills in GenAI tools like ChatGPT models
* High attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
* Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
* Solid understanding in IT and Digital preferred
