Lantor GmbH, a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality nonwovens used worldwide in the cable, automotive, construction, filter, and composite industries, is expanding. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance-/Service-Engineer to join our new location in Goch on the Lower Rhine. The Role and Your Responsibilities This is a permanent, full-time contract (38.5 hours per week) with Lantor GmbH in Germany. You will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and availability of our production systems. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided in Veenendaal, Netherlands. Key Responsibilities Include: Perform preventive, corrective, and inspection maintenance on production systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic). Analyse and resolve equipment malfunctions during operation, including troubleshooting control systems. Develop and implement maintenance concepts and schedules. Plan, prepare, and execute maintenance and investment projects. Support equipment optimisation with regard to safety, efficiency, and availability. Document maintenance work and update the maintenance system (e.g., SAP). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with production, engineering, external service providers, and suppliers. What We’re Looking For Your Qualifications: Completed vocational training or a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in the maintenance of production equipment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, mechatronics, and control systems. Experience with ERP/maintenance systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous. Excellent German skills are required, with good Dutch and English skills being a plus. Your Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to work shifts and be on call. A team-oriented and self-motivated working style. Salary: An attractive gross annual salary between €38,500 and €45,000. Bonus & Overtime: An attractive bonus scheme, and a generous overtime surcharge of 50% on gross hourly wage.
